RevXRevX Field CRM

Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-22

These Terms are an agreement between Omar Salim ("RevX Field CRM", "RevX", "we", "us") and the business or individual using the RevX website, web application or mobile application (the "Service"). If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you can accept these Terms for that organization. By accepting them during registration or continuing to use the Service after they take effect, you agree to these Terms.

Contact: omarsalim.hq@gmail.com; 826 Concord Crossing Lane, Knoxville, Tennessee 37934, United States. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

1. Business use and accounts

The Service is offered to businesses in the United States at launch. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the Service for the business involved. Provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials and authentication factors, assign appropriate staff permissions, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for managing departing users. Do not share an individual login.

2. The Service and your license

RevX provides field-service business tools such as customer records, estimates, scheduling, job records, photos, agreements, invoices and related administration. Features depend on the supported release, your organization’s permissions, configuration and plan. Internet access is required for cloud operations; this release does not promise full offline operation.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your lawful business operations. We and our licensors retain the software, branding and other intellectual property. You do not receive ownership of the Service.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the records and content you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, carry out your instructions and meet lawful obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your records and communications, rights to photos and documents, customer and staff notices, and required consents. Collect only information you need. Do not use RevX to store payment card numbers or security codes, medical records requiring a specialized regulated service, or other data the Service is not designed to handle. Review access permissions and exported or shared documents before distributing them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity; unauthorized messages; malware; unauthorized security probing; access to another organization’s data; interference with service operation; or reselling access without our agreement. Do not evade access limits, impersonate others or misrepresent permissions. This does not restrict rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

5. Free launch and future pricing

RevX Field CRM is free to use during the US launch. New launch accounts have no RevX subscription fee, trial countdown or automatic paid enrollment, and no payment card is required to create an account. These Terms do not authorize a future subscription charge.

If paid plans are introduced later, we will disclose the price, included service, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms before you decide. You must explicitly choose and agree to a paid plan before a new RevX subscription charge. We will not automatically convert your free access into a paid subscription or charge a saved customer payment method for RevX access. Free access is not a promise that every feature will remain free forever; any future paid service requires that separate choice.

Your business’s customer invoices and optional connected providers are separate from free RevX access. Payment processors, AI providers or other services you choose may charge their own fees under their agreements with you.

If your organization already has a separately agreed paid RevX subscription, this launch policy does not itself cancel that existing agreement or refund prior charges. Authorized users can view its recorded status and cancel renewal in the web account’s Billing & plan settings. Cancellation takes effect as shown there. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel an existing subscription; applicable mandatory refund rights remain unchanged.

The iPhone companion signs into an existing organization account and has no RevX subscription purchase or upgrade checkout.

6. Your customers’ payments

Your customer invoices concern your own goods or real-world services. You, not RevX, are the seller and are responsible for the work, amounts, taxes, authorizations, refunds, disputes and customer communications. RevX is not a bank, escrow service or party to your customer agreement.

New customer card collection, saving cards and merchant connection setup are unavailable for this launch. Record payments received outside RevX. Historical Stripe settlement, refunds, disputes, card removal and payment reconciliation remain supported where applicable.

A pending or uncertain payment must be reconciled before another attempt. A manual payment or manual refund entry records money already received or returned; it does not transfer funds. Verify processor and bank records when reconciling payments.

7. Agreements and electronic signatures

You are responsible for agreement wording, pricing, scope, required notices, signer authority and whether electronic signatures are suitable for the transaction. RevX records the presented version, electronic consent, signature evidence and audit events; it does not provide legal advice or guarantee enforceability, identity or admissibility in every jurisdiction. Optional email verification is not a government-identity check.

Review the document before sending it. Signers should read it and may decline to sign electronically or contact the sending business for another method. Preserve required completed copies and records. RevX is not a party to agreements between your business and its customers.

8. Communications and optional AI

Send messages only when permitted by law and supported by the recipient’s applicable consent or another lawful basis. Honor opt-outs and include required sender information. You are responsible for your communications and must not treat a configured delivery feature as proof of legal permission. Production SMS is not available in this release.

The Assistant is optional. External AI processing requires the user’s explicit consent to the displayed generation provider and mandatory OpenAI safety screening. Your organization must approve its provider and terms before use. Review AI output for accuracy, permissions and suitability; it may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it for legal, tax, employment or other professional decisions. Revoking AI sharing stops future requests but cannot retrieve information already sent.

9. Privacy, export and deletion

The Privacy Policy applies to personal-information processing. Your organization remains responsible for instructions concerning the records it controls and for responding to its own customers and staff. Contact us if a separate data-processing agreement is required before you begin using the Service for that processing.

Account deletion can be initiated in the app or web settings. The policy explains scope, timing, retention exceptions and provider copies. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are distinct actions until completed. Export important records before requesting deletion. The standard JSON export covers the record categories identified in the interface and is not a promise of a complete backup of every file, message or audit event.

10. Availability, changes and suspension

We work to operate and maintain the Service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific support response time, or compatibility with every device or integration unless separately agreed. Features may change; we will give notice of material changes when required. Keep independent records needed for your business.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address a material breach, nonpayment, security threat, legal requirement or harmful use. When appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. You may stop using the Service, cancel renewal and request deletion as described above. Provisions that by their nature need to continue, including accrued payment duties, ownership, liability and dispute provisions, survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available,’ without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free results, uninterrupted service or absolute security. RevX is a business tool, not legal, accounting, tax or payroll-tax advice, and does not file payroll taxes. You must verify calculations and decisions. These disclaimers do not remove rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or lost profits arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms is limited to the RevX service fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not restrict liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Payment amounts your customers pay to your business are not RevX service fees.

13. Governing law and resolving concerns

Subject to mandatory law that applies to you, these Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Contact omarsalim.hq@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. General terms and changes

These Terms, an applicable order and any separately accepted data-processing agreement form the agreement for the Service. An express conflicting provision in a signed order or data-processing agreement controls for its subject matter. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party may assign this agreement in a way that reduces the other party’s mandatory rights; we may transfer it with the relevant business subject to applicable notice and privacy obligations.

We may revise these Terms and will post the revised version and effective date. For material changes, we will provide the notice or acceptance process required by law before applying them. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and cancel renewal before it takes effect. Nothing here represents Apple’s endorsement or makes Apple responsible for the Service.
